Suncrest returns with the second annual Win Your Tuition contest

YORKTON, SK. — Suncrest College is looking to find its next lucky winner, as the “Win Your Tuition,” contest continues in 2024, and past the Parkland-Cumberland merger.

The contest will officially launch on February 1st, and run until February 29th, with one promotion winner taking home the grand prize of a maximum total of $7,000.

“We are so proud and excited to welcome back this promotion and open it up for all future Suncrest students,” said Jenna Niebergall, Manager of Public Relations and Marketing at Suncrest College. “Allowing them the opportunity to move past graduation without the stress of financials just gives the student so much more flexibility and the opportunity for future success — and it all started here at Suncrest.”

Students who are enrolled in a variety of Suncrest programs are eligible, including first-year University students studying at the College. A full list of eligible programs is available on the Suncrest College website.

Once students guarantee their eligibility, they can complete the “Win Your Tuition” form on the website. Contest entries received by any other method will be deemed ineligible. The form also includes three required answers to questions about the students’ future career plans, how the funds would help them and why they chose Suncrest College during their application process.

2023 was the first year the contest ran, with Tisdale’s Jordan Marienhoff, an Office Administration student, and Melville campus’ Jennifer Ruf-Wilson, a Primary Care Paramedic student, awarded the prize.

The winner will be chosen through a random draw in September 2024 and will be contacted by phone or email. A full list of official rules is available on the Suncrest College website.
