Over the past several years the student body at Suncrest College has been enriched by students from Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, China, Fiji, Guyana, Jamaica, India, Mauritius, Nepal, Nigeria, Philippines, Ukraine, and Vietnam. Our international program continues to grow and we encourage you to take a look around our site on your quest for an international education.

The College’s international program options are in business, health care, and technical trades. Small class sizes and friendly staff will help you learn and succeed. All our students are treated as equals, and you will have access to individual student attention and support, experienced instructors, and a safe and supportive environment.

Saskatchewan Colleges is a partnership between 3 Saskatchewan college DLI’s (Designated Learning Institutions): Suncrest College, Great Plans College and Northwest College. Each of the three colleges is independent, but Saskatchewan Colleges manages the international recruitment and admissions for all three colleges centrally. We are working together to make it easier for international students to find the right post-secondary program and institution to study abroad in Canada.

Suncrest College is recognized in Canada as a Designated Learning Institution (DLI), and is now recognized in the Student Direct Stream (SDS) for India, China, the Philippines, and Vietnam.

You probably have many questions about coming to study in a new country. Your first contact at Suncrest College will be Kristy Sletten, Manager of International for Saskatchewan Colleges. She will help answer any questions about the application process, student visas, community connections and becoming familiar with campus life.

Scholarships

Although entrance scholarships are not available to international students our General Awards/Internal Scholarships are. Applications for General Awards are completed online beginning in December and close January 31st.

Note: Most academic programs require IELTS minimum 6.5 with no bands less than 6 or a Duolingo minimum of 105 (those programs with different requirements will be listed within the program details).

International student application deadline is May 15 - However, if you are already in Canada with a valid study permit we may still accept your application.

Suncrest College does not defer applications from one year to the next.
