Graduation is a special time to celebrate your achievements and recognize your progress toward future goals. We are proud of all that you have accomplished during the 2025-26 program year.

We invite you to attend the ceremony closest to your home campus.

Gowns

A graduation gown will be provided to each graduate (at no cost to you) for the ceremony. To ensure the best fit, you must submit your gown size. Gowns must be returned immediately after the ceremony.

Gown Sizing:

Gowns are ordered based on height and full fit options are available. Please refer to the sizing chart you received by email.

The deadline to RSVP and submit your gown size is March 16, 2026.

Tickets

Each graduate is eligible to receive up to four guest tickets for the ceremony. Tickets will be available for pick-up at any Suncrest College campus from April 1 to April 30, 2026.

Please note: Tickets will not be available at the door. Please ensure you have your tickets in advance as they must be presented at the ceremony for entry.

Portraits

Professional graduation photography sessions will be available at most campuses before graduation. Each graduate will have the opportunity to book a time slot for their cap and gown photos. A graduation gown, cap, stole, and bouquets will be provided for the session.

March 26, 2026 – Trades & Technology Campus

Students enrolled in programs outside of Yorkton can have their cap and gown photos taken prior to the graduation ceremony. A photographer will be on campus for these sessions.

Important Information

Sitting Fee: Free

Purchasing Photos: You may purchase digital photos directly from the photographer. Packages start at $30. Payment options include cash (exact amount required) or e-transfer.

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to avoid congestion.

Booking Your Session: Graduates will need to book a time slot in advance by clicking the booking link above.

📌 Note: You are not required to use this photographer. You may choose any photography service for your graduation photos.
