Rules & Regulations

There will be one prize of tuition reimbursement of up to $7000.

Due to varying tuition costs, the amount of reimbursement will be based on the tuition of the program the recipient has been accepted. The maximum amount of reimbursement will be $7000. If the program's tuition cost exceeds $7000, the winner will not receive more than $7000.


To enter the contest, you must apply to an eligible program and complete the "Win Your Tuition Promotion" form on our website on or before February 29, 2024. Contest entries received by any other method will not be accepted. The form includes three questions that are required to be answered:

1. What are your education and career goals?

2. How would this money help you achieve your goals?

3. Why are you choosing Suncrest College to pursue your post-secondary education?


  • Agricultural Equipment Technician Certificate – September 2024
  • Agriculture Sciences Certificate – October 2024
  • Business Certificate – August 2024
  • Carpentry Applied Certificate – September 2024
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certificate – September 2024
  • Health Care Cook Certificate – September 2024
  • Heavy Equipment Truck & Transport Certificate – September 2024
  • Medical Laboratory Assistant - August 2024
  • Office Administration Certificate - August 2024
  • Power Engineering 4th Class - August 2024
  • Primary Care Paramedic – August 2024
  • Welding Certificate – September 2024
  • University (first year) – registered in a minimum of 3 classes (Suncrest College CRN’s) for both Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 semester

  1. Only open to Canadian residents who are accepted into an eligible program listed above at Suncrest College for 2024/25. All applicants must be starting the first year of their selected program.
  2. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person. If it is discovered by the College that any person has attempted to: (a) submit more than one (1) Entry; and/or (b) use multiple names, multiple identities, multiple email addresses, any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) and/or any other means not in-keeping with the College’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of the Promotion. Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Promotion; then that person may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of the College.
  3. Proof of enrollment for university classes must be submitted to Suncrest College Admissions at [email protected] before the prize will be awarded.
  4. All applications and forms must be received before the end of the Promotion Period being Feb. 29, 2024, at 11:59 pm. Suncrest College accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected for whatever reason.
  5. If the winner cannot be reached within five (5) days of the draw date or if the winner is unable to claim their prize, they will be deemed to have forfeited their opportunity to win, and a new winner will be chosen.
  6. Suncrest College staff, immediate family members (ie. spouse, child, sibling, parent), and those that reside with them are not eligible to enter the contest.
  7. Candidates whose tuition is sponsored by a third party organization are not eligible for this promotion.
  8. Winners who withdraw from their program after receiving the tuition reimbursement are not eligible for refunds from Suncrest College.
  9. The contest prize is not transferable. In the case that the winner cannot enroll, the prize becomes void.

  1. Suncrest College shall make the final determination on the eligibility of all entries.
  2. Suncrest College is the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute about the application or interpretation of the Rules or any other aspect of the Promotion and the judgment or decision of Suncrest College shall be final.
  3. All entries become the property of Suncrest College and will not be returned.
  4. By entering the Promotion, entrants are deemed to have read and agreed with these Rules and release Suncrest College, its employees, and their agents from all liability resulting from the Promotion and any use of the prize.
  5. Only the winner selected in the Promotion draw will be contacted by Suncrest College.
  6. As a winner, you consent to the publication of your name on various communication platforms as determined reasonable by Suncrest College.

Suncrest College will make a random draw in September 2024 from all eligible entries received for the prize. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone or email.


  • Selected winner will not receive reimbursement until all fees are paid to Suncrest College
  • Prize money will only cover tuition; all other fees are to be paid by the student.
  • If the winner is a university student, tuition reimbursement will be given once per semester in equalized payments.
  • Prior to tuition reimbursement, university students must submit proof of university tuition payment to [email protected]. No payment will be given until all balances are paid, including any fees owed to Suncrest College.

In Tisdale, Jordan Marienhoff was awarded the prize. Jordan is currently an Office Administration student and said the money will help her and her family, allowing her to focus more on her studies, and less on financial stresses.

In Melville, Jennifer Ruf-Wilson, a Primary Care Paramedic student, was awarded the prize. Her career goals originated from a personal standpoint, needing the help of a paramedic for medical challenges with her daughter.
