This program for newcomers will focus on employment readiness and language development skills for the workplace. This includes resume, cover letter and interview skills, courses and certifications for employment, cultural values for the workplace, potential guided work placement opportunities and English language skills for day to day life in Canada and language for the workplace.
Eligibility Requirements:
• 18 years old
• CLB 3 or higher
• Permanent resident, Temporary resident or CUAET

• Interview techniques
• Cultural values for the workplace
• And more!
EST (English Language Training)
• 6 hours of English/day!
• Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada Training
• 60 - hour work placement
Certifications
• FA/AED/CPR-C
• WHMIS
• Food Safe Level 1
• Service Best
