Suncrest College welcomes applications for casual Tutors, in the Adult Education program. We are currently accepting applications for casual Tutors at the following campus locations: Nipawin, Tisdale, Melfort & Yorkton. This is a term opportunity, from November 2, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Tutoring hours can take place during daytime or evening hours. 

The Opportunity:

Under the direction and guidance of the Lead Advisor, this position is primarily responsible for providing tutorial or instructional assistance to students to achieve their learning goals.

Requirements:

  • The minimum educational qualification for this position is a relevant one year post-secondary education.  This education would typically provide knowledge of adult education methodology in the areas of Math, Science and English Language Arts.
  • The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is one year in a similar role in a classroom environment and one year work experience in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
