Student - Research Coordinator

Suncrest College welcomes applications for the position of Student - Research Coordinator. This is a part-time (420 hour contract), term position, based in either Melfort, SK or Tisdale, SK (depending on the successful candidate).  The term for this position will run from May 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026.

The Opportunity:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting with all aspects of the Collective Impact applied research project as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • The minimum educational qualification for this position is equivalent to the admission to a University program offered at Suncrest College.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of agriculture or a related field.
  • Active student with a post-secondary institution.
  • The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is is less than one year.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check required.
  • Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License.
  • Authorized to work in Canada for the entire term.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
