Instructor, Addictions, Community, and Mental Health Professionals

Suncrest College welcomes applications for an Instructor, for our Addictions, Community, and Mental Health Professionals Diploma program. This is a part-time term position, with the first of two academic terms from August 24, 2026 to May 14, 2027 (for 1070 hours/178.33 days), in Nipawin, SK.

Term Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for instruction of the Addictions, Community, & Mental Health Professionals program.  Instructors will use technology in their delivery when possible to enhance student’s learning experience.

Requirements:

  • The minimum educational qualification for this position is a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Social Work, or degree in a related field. 
  • The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is two years of teaching experience, with a preference for experience in an adult setting.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required.
  • Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License.
