Suncrest College welcomes applications for the position of Instructor in the Primary Care Paramedic program, to instruct Anatomy and Physiology 1 (APHY 164) and Anatomy and Physiology 2 (APHY 165). This is a part-time, term position for 132 hours from June 15, 2026 to August 14, 2026, in Tisdale, SK. 

The Opportunity:

The successful applicant will be responsible for the instruction of Anatomy and Physiology 1 (APHY 164) and Anatomy and Physiology 2 (APHY 165) in the Primary Care Paramedic Certificate program.  Course curriculum is directed by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. The instructor must plan, teach, coach, evaluate and record student progress and supervise students in classroom and lab settings.

Requirements:

  • The minimum educational qualification for this position is a four-year Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Anatomy & Physiology, or a Master’s Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The minimum amount of practical, related experience required to perform the duties of this position is two years recent/relevant business or industry experience or post-secondary teaching experience.
  • Must meet Saskatchewan Polytechnic qualifications and receive necessary approval.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
