Health and Dental Benefits

All Employees and their Eligible Dependents working a minimum of 15 hours per week are eligible for benefit with no deductible.

Reimbursement: Most benefits are reimbursed at 100%

Reimbursement: 100% of plan approved medications

Reimbursement: 100%

Maximum: $5,000,000 per trip with some limitations

Reimbursement: 100% to a maximum of $200 per adult every two calendar years (every calendar year for eligible dependent children).

  • Major: 50%
Annual Combined Maximum: $1,500 per person

Eligible dependent children over age 6 and under age 18 with reimbursement: 50%

Lifetime Maximum: $3,000 per person

Group Life Insurance Benefits

All Employees: 3 x annual salary up to a maximum of $200,000

As an educational institution, we understand the importance of education and promote lifelong learning. Our Professional Development program can provide financial assistance and paid time off for employees to attend professional development opportunities. Funding can be approved for you to attend courses, conferences, workshops and a variety of other learning opportunities.

Employee & Family Assistance Program

The Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a benefit program for employees and their immediate family members. The EFAP provides confidential, professional assistance to help resolve personal difficulties. The program is completely voluntary, and is designed to allow employees and family members to seek help on their own.
